Strategic Plan 2025-2030

The Spalding Community Services District (SCSD) is excited to announce the release of its Strategic Plan for 2025-2030, a comprehensive roadmap that outlines our vision, mission, and priorities for the next five years. This plan focuses on advancing quality services in Wastewater, Fire Protection, and Recreation, while fostering community engagement, and regional partnerships.

We value the input of our community and invite you to participate in shaping the future of Spalding by reviewing the Strategic Plan and sharing your feedback.

Public Review Period

The Strategic Plan will be available for public review for 45 days, starting January 16, 2025 and ending on Sunday, March 2, 2025, at 12:00 A.M.

Public Comment Period

In addition, a dedicated Public Comment Period will run until Friday, February 14, 2025, at 12:00 A.M. We encourage all residents and stakeholders to provide their insights, comments, and suggestions.
